The structured, step by step, therapeutic programmes, facilities and activities have been created to meet a wide range of needs. The team of experienced, qualified staff work closely with both clients and their families to provide a truly person-centred care, rehabilitation and reintegration service. Clients will be treated with with utmost dignity, respect and their beliefs will be valued. The aim is for clients to get their lives back on track and to give them hope and a future.
Lighthouse provides a non-clinical, none-religious environment which is open to anybody. The opportunity for faith based recovery is available dependent on individual choice.
Arranged over two floors, the facilities are designed for clients to have their own personal space and the opportunity to be involved with the Lighthouse community in the communal areas.
Support consists of a minimum 6 months stay in our ‘Open Door’ residential reintegration programme with 24 hour support, through to independent living with support links at hand. Respite care is also available.
Assistance from the ‘HUB’ with housing enquiries and support, benefit advice, college courses, access courses, skills training, voluntary work and employment skills available to support independence.
